Technovel participated in the exhibition at 2013 Society of Plastics Engineering Annual meeting at Cincinnati, OH. The booth number is 524. The venue is at Duke Energy Convention Center Cincinnati, Ohio. The annual ANTEC is the world﹊s largest plastics technical conferences, consisting entirely of original, peer-reviewed presentations on a variety of topics relevant to today﹊s global plastics industry. In 2012, there were 623 technical papers in 40 different plastics technical areas. In 2013, along with the ANTEC 2013, SPE also produce a trade show that is expected to be the largest plastics exhibition of the year in the U.S. Co-located with these events was the ﹍Business of Plastics Conference,﹎ produced by SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association and focusing on current issues affecting business strategy. ANTEC 2013 included three ﹍New Technology﹎ forums, three plenary speeches, tutorials for a range of processes and materials, panel discussions, technical seminars for professional advancement, and activities for students and young industry personnel.

Headquarters moved to the new location in August 2007.

TECHNOVEL headquarters will move to the new location in Joto-ku, Osaka City. For the time being, our former headquarters in Joto-ku will operate as the Joto Plant. We will continue our efforts to satisfy our customers, and we appreciate your guidance and support.

TECHNOVEL Technical Center completed in June 2006.

Construction of our Technical Center in Joto-ku, Osaka, close to our headquarters, started in February 2006 and was recently completed. The Technical Center is intended to contribute to improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery time for our products to satisfy customer expectations. We installed a variety of different test facilities both at headquarters and in the Technical Center for use by customers.






US patent granted to our Multi-screw Extruder in May 2006.

Expertise is needed to make a high performance kneading extruder, such as the design of the profile of the screw, which significantly affects compounding of the material, engineering of the high power drive mechanism of screws, development of new processing techniques for a chemical machine, design of the screws and barrels, and development of wear and corrosion resistant materials. We conducted compounding trials, and the feedback from the data is incorporated into the parts for our extruders. A U.S. patent was recently granted for our intermeshing co-rotating multi-screw extruder, which was developed on the basis of our know-how accumulated over many years combined with co-rotating intermeshing screw technology and which belongs to a so-far unknown field of technology.

We will continue to pursue another technological leap to meet customer expectations.
